Harold Cooper was born June 27, 1975 in Atlanta, GA. Raised as the grandson and son of powerhouse preachers, he too would accept the call of being God’s messenger. He accepted Christ as his personal Lord and Savior at the age of 19. He began preaching at the age of 21. As Elder Cooper continued his journey, he met and married Elect Lady, Jasmine Cooper at the age of 30.
As God began to stir up the gifts in Elder Cooper, he started to activate them. Besides his ability to deliver powerful sermons under the power of the Holy Spirit, God uses him prophetically.  After receiving countless testimonies of the accuracy of the events in the lives of God’s people, he knew that he had been called to the office of a prophet.

Not only is Elder Cooper a messenger of God’s word and a prophet, he is an author and song writer. He wrote, arranged and executively produced his first gospel album in 2011 entitled Unleashed, featuring various artists.

Pastor Cooper was called to Pastor in October 2016 and Enrichment Fellowship became a functioning church body.
